Meet the Staff

Renee has been involved with medical transcription since 1985. She has experience in several different capacities including: On-site clinic and hospital, home-based acute care, and multi-specialty transcription as well as medical transcription instruction. Renee’s passion to get jobs to rural North Dakota is what prompted her to develop this successful, hands-on medical transcription-training program. |

Ellen brings with her 28+ years of experience as a registered nurse. Her expansive medical knowledge is a wonderful asset to our training program. Ellen’s easygoing nature and style of teaching always puts our students at ease forming a solid foundation for medical transcription. |
 Lynelle Lawler Transcription Mentor |
Lynelle brings to our training program a very unique perspective, as she has actually been one of our students in the past. She did such an exceptional job, we asked her to join our staff. With Lynelle’s past experience as a student and medical transcriptionist, she has been a great mentor to our students always has words of encouragement. |

Connie is a graduate of Exact-Med and brings to our program her experiences as a student, as well as a mentor. She has a wonderful skill of problem solving and is truly the one within our department who sees the big picture. Her eye for detail has been a great asset to our program. Connie has a great sense of responsibility to her students and understands their concerns. She is always ready with a smile, encouragement, and a solution. |

Paulette brings to the Exact-Med program years of experience as both a medical transcriptionist and medical transcription instructor. Paulette brings out the best in each of her students because of her very caring nature. With her experience, she understands what is needed to be successful in transcription and she delivers her message in a very supportive and caring way. Paulette is a great asset to the Exact-Med staff and we are very proud to have her one of our team members. |
